2008 Great Decisions Kickoff Reception
Council for
International Visitors (CIV) Kick-off Reception for the 2008 Great
Decisions Series at the Elks Lodge, 141 Pelham St., Newport on
January 30, 2008. It was an opportunity to
find out about the topics for this year’s series. Guest Speaker at the
event was Prof. Vincent Mocini, Dean, International Programs and
Maritime Security Cooperation at the U.S. Naval War College.
